Delete your Roithang account

In the app

Open the Profile tab, then Settings, and choose Delete Account at the bottom. The app asks you to confirm twice, then deletes the account at once. The steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

What is deleted

Your profile and sign-in; every ride, plan and multi-day trip; your photos, posts, comments, likes and reviews; the places you added to the shared map; your bikes and gear; your follows, groups and notifications. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Rides kept only on a phone are removed from that phone when the account is deleted there.

If you cannot sign in

Write to thelostwayadventure@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete account". We confirm it is you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done. The same address takes requests for a copy of your data.
