Roithang — Terms of Use and Community Rules

These terms are the agreement between you and The Lost Way ("we") for the Roithang apps and roithang.com. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Who may use Roithang

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

2. Your content

Rides, plans, photos, posts, comments, reviews, places and bike details you add remain yours. You give us permission to store them, to show them in the app as you chose (private, or posted to the feed) and on the link pages of roithang.com for posts you share, and to make the copies needed to run the service. Post only what you have the right to post. You can delete your content and your account at any time; deleting the account removes your content.

3. Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content.
• Post your own rides. No copied photos or rides, no made-up routes.
• Ride lawfully. Do not post or promote riding where it is forbidden: closed trails, protected areas that bar vehicles, private land without permission, racing on public roads.
• Respect privacy. Do not reveal where someone lives, share another rider's position, or post photos of people who did not agree.
• No spam. No scams, repeated promotion, or advertising we have not agreed to.
• Keep the shared map true. Places you add must exist and be useful to riders.

4. Reports, blocking and enforcement

You can report a post, comment, place or rider in the app, and block riders. We may remove content that breaks these rules, hide it from the feed, or suspend or close an account, and we may do so without notice when safety requires it. 5. Riding safety and the map

Routes, directions, surface readings, the road book and the map are aids, not guarantees. Roads and trails change, map data can be wrong or old, and GPS can be off. You alone decide where and how to ride: obey the law and the rules of national parks and sanctuaries, check conditions, ride within your ability, wear protective gear, and handle the phone only when stopped. We are not responsible for accidents, fines, damage or losses that arise from riding, from following a route, or from map or guidance errors.

6. The service

Roithang is provided as it is, and we improve and change it over time. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times. Where we offer paid features, they are sold through Apple or Google under their terms together with ours.

7. Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or losses arising from your use of the app or from other riders' content. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

8. Ending

You may stop using Roithang and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Thai law governs them.
